Simply Simple Spicy Spaghetti Home Made

Assalamualaikum beautiful peopleee!!! and also handsome.hehe..We wouldn't want guys to become gay just because of this entry isn't it?hehe..

Okay. I would like to share with you a very simple recipe. Tak de la resepi sgt pn. Juadah ini tercipta setelah saya mengalami pitam di dalam bilik air. :p

Kisahnya adalah,

Pada suatu petang yang hening, saya tidak prasan stok makanan ku sudah habis (oh, I didnt join the house fund, :p). Bila dh habis, malas pulak nak beli. tangguh punya tangguh smpai la dua hari saya dok mkn cereal je.

Okay, x usah cakap kencang. Jom kita memasak.
Sangat simple dan mudah. Kalau anak2 bujang y malas masak komplikated tgh2 mlm time buat assignment, boleh la try.

bahan bahan (utk hidangan seorang)

Spaghetti dalam 20 batang? err...y pntg sikit je la.hehe
1/2 bawang besar
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili (lada merah pun boleh)
sebiji telur atau hirisan daging ayam
sayuran
garam dan gula.

Cara memasak.
1. Rebus spaghetti (smbil tggu dia empuk boleh je gi tgk you tube atau check fb.hehe) dlm 3 minit camtu dah boleh tus.

2. Blender bawang  besar dan serbuk cili (atau lada)

3. Tumis bahan blender hingga naik bau. Masukkan sediki air. (ala, dlm 4 5 sudu je.)

5. Masukkan telur atau ayam. (biarkan masak) kalau telur, kacau supaya ia hancur. Kemudian masukkan sayuran (saya guna sayur saderi)

6. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa. Biarkan ia mendidih sekejap

Selamat mencuba!

Day 5: What makes you different from everyone else?

Assalamualaikum.

humm.. in my opinion, what makes me different from everyone else is.. I think too much about small matters. If I'm angry or unsatisfied with other people, I will keep quite (unless it is something I can't hold anymore. then I would tell to someone I trust.) Yeah. I think that's it.

boring huh? yeah. boring me.:P

If nak ikut jawapan fantasi maybe ada y ckp candle light dinner with roses bla bla bla. But my perfect first date will be the first time I meet my husband alone with no one around (honestly, better believe me keh).Waiting to say words that have been written for years in each other's heart. That's it. :)

Day 2: Favourite Movie.

Assalamualaikum.

Alhamdulillah, still breathing. haaaahhhhhh.....ok. favourite MOVIE? why not movies? I have a few that I really like. but since it requires singular, I'll choose a Bollywood movie. A great one I would put. Greatest I've ever watched so far. Lot of messages instead of just mere love story, running in garden, singing, dancing and all sort of must-have Bollywood scenes.

I think most of you have watched it. It's a 2009 movie if I'm not mistaken. I heard that the storyline has something to do with the director's real experience. Well, no wonder it's a hit and so real. It's taken up from a real plot:p
3 idiots.

negative title but positive messages inside. I watch it over and over again especially when I'm really in a lazy mood to do assignment (like now?errr). It taught me about friendship. So sweet. *awww*
It taught me about parents. about study. how we should treat life (the one i'm not putting into practice yet.ergh!) so, watch it if you havent. till then. I'm syamimi reporting from ZACK's. Let's back to Angkasapuri. ciao!

Day 1: Favourite song

Assalamualaikum

Ok, i think i want to start the challenge today:P

so, it's not really my favourite song. I don't have favourite song coz I don't really keep myself up to date with the latest release. But currently I like a song by Taylor Swift: ENCHANTED.

I find it very teenage-kind of song. I listen to it during gym session, to lullaby me to sleep and when I'm in distress. I'm sure people know this song coz this song is soooo yesterday for other people but so today for me.haha:P

ENJOY.

Ayam Goreng KFC (my version)

Assalamualaikum! (excited~ yeay yeay yeay)

heeee~~ can't stop smiling. My appetite has been really scary nowadays. LOL. If you added me on facebook, my status is all about foods: chicken wings, kebab, nasi ayam *drool* eeeerrghhh......help me. There goes my diet plan.

Anyway, I was craving for fried chickens (KFC style) since 2 or 3 days ago. Gosh, miss KFC KB:P I told my housemate, Aisyah.

With the face of cute baby girl who's just wake up from a long sleep, Iwent to her room.

ME: Ecah!! Ecah!! Jom buat ayam goreng KFC!
Ecah: haaaahhh??? *weird face*-_-' reti ke?
ME: alaaa, tgk dlm internet la

*********GOOGLE***********

ME: alamak, semua bahan dia complicated la *sadface*
Ecah: alah, reka sendiri laaaaa
ME: hummm...kalau x jadi camne? *sadface*-mulut muncung mcm itik je-haish.
(but it turned out that, I was the only one who's been doing the cooking stuff. *BABAB AISYAH!:P)

So, I take the risk. I hope Ecah wont constipate after eating it. (well, she didnt;p)

Okay, today we will make fried chickens which I think not bad. I can open my own SFC (Syamimi's Fried Chicken.) As usual, let us see the pictures first so that you will have no doubt about my cooking skill. Hehe
 *smug*

Amacam? Jadi x jadi x???hehehe.. jadi anak anak Ummi, nanti xpayah ikut Abi pergi makan McD mahupun KFC ye. Mintak je dgn Ummi.LOL:P

We have to marinate the chicken first.

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic
1cm x 2.5 cm ginger
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 or 1 teaspoon of  chili powder

(you can blend the above ingredients or mash it using mortar)

Then, take out about 6 to 8 pieces of chicken and mix it with the marinade. Add some turmeric powder , 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and pinches of salt. Let it mix well for about 5 to 10 minutes (or longer)

For the barter (adunan tepung utk disalut pada ayam)

6 tablespoon of plain flour
2 tablespoon of cornflour *exceptional*
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
some salt
some water

mix the ingredients until you get a barter, not so thick and not too slushy.

Frying the chicken
1. I put the marinated chicken into the oven first so that the inside is half cooked. (xpasai pasai kang mentah lagi isi bila dah masak nanti) just kidding. But, i think it is ok too if you don't do this part.

2. Take one piece of chicken and dip it into the barter. Fry it. (deep fry) Make sure to always turn over the chicken so that it will fairly cooked for both side and have a nice texture.

3. Repeat step 2 for the rest of the chicken.

It sounds complicated because I write it in english i think. You can see the translation below. Besides, my english is not that precise to write a recipe.hehe. Just an attempt.:p

Selamat mencuba!!!

translation:

Bahan perap:
2 ulas bawang putih
halia sebesar ibu jari korang
1 sudu kecil kicap
1/2 atau 1 sudu kecil serbuk cili

Tumbuk bahan di atas dan sapukan pada ayam. Sapukan juga sedikit kunyit, masukkan gula dan garam. Perap selama 5 ke 10 minit.

Bahan utk salut tepung

6 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung (xnak letak pn xpe)
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
1 sudu kecil baking powder
sebijik telur
garam
air

campurkan kesemua bahan sehingga jadi barter. biarkan sekejap.

Menggoreng minyak penuh
1. ambil ayam yang dah diperap (sy masukkan dlm oven dlu supaya masak kat dlm. xbuat pn xpe.) Celupkan ke dalam barter dan goreng.  Balik balikkan ayam selalu supaya barter x cepat masak. Kalau barter masak cepat, mungkin isi ayam mentah.

2. Ulang langkah 1.

You can also eat it with onion rings. dip it with hot chili sauce. Yum! YUM!!! (saje nak buat kamu semua terliur)

Eat it while watching movie Eiffel I'm in Love. waaaaa....(terus xsedar diri y asignment x siap lagi:P)

Italy (recommended place)

Assalamualaikum......
WARNING!!! LOTS OF PHOTOS AND LONG ENTRY! TAKE THE RISK IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT PLACES IN ITALY!:)

thanks to Allah for the great opportunities He gives me in my life. I have just returned from Italy which took  5 hours++ trains from Plymouth to Airport Gatwick and 3 hours ++ of flight (Easyjet). Nothing to say except great EXPERIENCE!

We went to 6 places instead of 7. Naples had to be cancelled because it's too far and the ticket was waaaaay too expensive. Here, I would like to share places that i think worth visited and the sweet and bad experiences that I happened along the journey.

Milano.
There were 9 of us. We arrived at Milano Malpensa Airport at 12.00 am and decided to sleep at the airport. That happened when you had a tight budget for travel. Take note newbies.
saje pilih gmbr kabur.hehe
muka sleeping beasts. LOL

Milan, for me, is not a recommended place for holiday. The attraction were limited or perhaps we failed to find one since we got lost quite frequent.   There were a lot of immigrants too. (be careful. you might get cheated by their kindness.)

We went to:
by a designer named Young.

read it for knowledge

inside it:)
behind the wall was a beautiful fountain!

Bought a ticket from self service machine to go to Venice. worth 15.00 euro

There were other places that we went, but it was so boring which made me felt so lazy to review about it.

Word of the day in Milan
Si: Yes
Sweet memory: Sleep at the airport.
bad memory: cheated by Moroccan immigrants.

Stars: 2 stars

Venice
Superb! Splendid! We didn't book any accommodation in Venice. However, everyone seemed exhausted and cranky about the Milan's incident, so we looked for a hotel. Alhamdulillah, Allah heard our prayers. We managed to find one near the train station. It cost us 25 euros per night and it was a superb hotel! It was rated as 3 stars hotel but personally, I would rate it 4 stars! Hey,  I'm just a kampung girl who only get her chance sleeping in hotel at the age of 18. So,  it is a valid review,  don't u agree?
this was the hotel! name: Antica Casa Carettoni. A stone's throw away from the train station

Venice is a very recommended place for those who want to go for honeymoon or holiday. You can go to Murano Island, St. Marco and also Rialto.

The views were splendid. Indescribable.:)
night view in Venice.
early in the morning.Let's go to Murano Island!
we didnt ride the Gondola that day cause it was closed (i think)
Instead, we rode the water taxi! 10 euros each
view while riding the watertaxi
Murano island is an island of glass because there are a lot of company (factories) making glass based souvenir.
It is very famous in italy. People are crazy about venezia glass. (except us)
making glass souvenir

Then we rode a waterbus to St Marco. All sort of souvenirs were sold here. However, the lane near our hotel sold at cheaper price-_-'

Word of the day in Venice
Ferrovia: Train station
Rialto: a bridge. (i think)

sweet memory: managed to arrive at Venezia St.Lucia train station safely.
bad memory: none!

Stars: 6 stars!!!

Florence
Brrrrrrrrrrrrr......... COLD!!! Our actual plan was to visit the leaning tower of Pisa first. However, we had to change our plan because there was no train going directly to Pisa except to stop at Florence first. Florence was as boring as Milan. Not a recommended place for holiday.
cant remember what place was this.:p
near the above picture
another Duomo (church)
then we went to museum. displaying egypt collection.

There were other places too. but too many to be told here.hehe. Then we went to our accommodation place. I think it was Camping Site il Poggetto. So beautiful. It was a hostel.
after a 1 km ++ of walking.errrghhh......=.=

The campsite provided a shop, a restaurant, swimming pool (out of service) and the countryside view was breathtaking. We arrived here by blue bus. (SITA) ready for tomorrow!!! oh, the bus ticket cost 2.60++ euros per person (one way)

Word of the day in Florence:
Sita: bus

sweet memory: managed to find SITA (bus station in florence)
bad memory: tired and coldddddd

Star: 2 and 1/2 stars

Pisa
Great!!!! because we didnt have to move much. We visited one place only which was the leaning tower. I couldnt believe that I have arrived there!! I was aware of the existence of this great historical place through fashion magazines when I was 7 years old.

We went to Pisa by train just like how travelled from Milan to Venice and Florence
btw, you needed to stamp this ticket at a yellow machine before boarding . (see the image) You can be charged 50 euros for not stamping your tickets.

beware of the street-seller. you will be charged 100 euros if you buy fake merchandise from them.

lepaking at the field near Pisa Leaning Tower

sweet memory: buying presents for some peeps.
bad memory: none!

Stars: 6 stars very recommended!

Rome
cancelled Naples, so extra one day in Rome-3 days in Rome! Stayed at Tiber Camp Roma. Very comfortable. It provided free shuttle bus to train station, restaurant, a shop, swimming pool and great services.
Rome was fun but tired...................because it was so huge and the attraction was not a walk away from one another!! But we had to drag our little feet to cover all the places only by walking. You could imagine how tight our budget was.!

However, I was not as enthusiastic as I was on the first day since I missed my room so much.
We went to Colloseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Micheal Angelo Castle, Tritone, Fontana Di Trevi and Vittorio Emmanuel II
in front of Vittorio Emanuale II

The colloseum

Spanish Steps

Sweet memory: To get back to Plymouth and to know that Spanish Steps was actually a mosque. When the Romans conquered Romes, they wiped away all the holy verses carved on the walls and turned it to a church. It was sweet because if i didnt come to Italy I would not know about this upset history.

bad memory: to leave Italy.

Stars: 6 stars!!!

Ciao!!! from italy. Please visit Italy.:)

p/s: the lesson from Italy Trip. Be more patient as Allah is more patient to us than we are to ourselves. Oh, playing BINGO while travelling was the best BINGO ever!!
p/s 2: lebih senang menjalankan tanggungjawab sebagai muslim ketika travel berbanding di rumah

i dont like buying many things while travelling because i want to gain experience and to see the other side of the world.

During this trip,  I bought things for some people that i knew (who did not have the chance to go to italy yet *no offence, sincerely*) and also because they have helped me so much now and before and maybe forever.

a mug for Ustadz Haikal, for helping me:)
a lighter for my senior (thanks for your help!)
